Description: Got a cheap 4000 board with ALL simm sockets broken (also fast cpu connector is crap) but it works, so i want to repair it. (You dont want to see it how board looks before).
Ordered one simm socket from amigakit (as sample), and it fits perfectly  :-D . Its a easy job, only time consumpting. Now where to find fast cpu connector...

It looks like tiring work.

I guess there's no rush to do the fast SIMM slots if you already have an accelerator with onboard fastram.

Having done that same repair before on a 4000 my hats off to you! It take a lot of time to desolder, clean, and resolder all 360 pins:-D
