| July 30, 2007, 10:02:49 AM Be careful with that FeCl_3 though. You may want to try a different etcher. My primary job function is a PCB designer, and I used to do it as a hobby at home, and I have to say, it's a really neat job! Well done. Oli |
| Chain Posts:1324 | May 31, 2007, 07:21:25 AM tools for hand drawn pcb are inexpensive and easy to get. you need just pcb pen, FeCl3, some fine driller and soldering lacquer all that you can get under 10 quids for sure |
| DrDekker Posts:325 | May 28, 2007, 09:30:47 AM @Chain That's really neat - well done!! I've always wanted to do my own PCB's - what tools did you use? Are they expensive? Dr Dekker |

| May 27, 2007, 03:47:52 PM thanks for the clarification - you've done some really good work there |
| Karlos Posts:16881 | May 27, 2007, 12:06:17 PM @moto Aye, but I expect he's trying not to block access to the adjoining ports. Aligning the chip the other way would probably add quite a lot to the overall width. |
| motorollin Posts:8669 | May 26, 2007, 10:01:55 PM Nice work :-) Though I would have turned the chip 90 degrees and made the whole board shorter. -- moto |
| Chain Posts:1324 | May 26, 2007, 06:44:09 PM NO drivers! its basically ps2m mouse converter (Aminet), but with usb socket, so its short if you are using usb/ps2 mouse. pcb and soldering isnt best, but im still improving! 8-) |

| May 26, 2007, 05:32:35 PM ...and this does what exactly? (cool job though - seems pretty professional to my untrained eye) |
