Wow it is November 2015....I just came on here to see how are things........Can't believe I Sold this! .....miss it badly, lol.... funny thing is. I could have been the owner of the only 3 that I knew existed...as they were right infront of my Face when I purchased that one........I never mentioned here exactly who I believe made this.....I believe it was made by Alex Amor from CEI (Computer Equipment International in Miami Florida) .... .I remember he was in the running of purchasing Commodore when they first went bankrupt....I convinced him to sell it to me as it was just sitting in a sort of trash pile full of keyboard parts....there were 3 CD32 keyboard in it...missing keys....I took the best one and made one fully functioning one......by that I mean I added the missing keys from the other two I stripped.....or maybe it was the only one with all the keys.

CEI went on to create the BLOSSOM Video Editing PC that sort of competed with the Video Toaster...I was kind of sad they made that because it meant lost of interest in Amiga.

Earlier a few weeks or months before I convinced him to sell me one of his three FMV cards.....It was the Happiest Day of My Amiga Life ever! I was seriously partying hard in my car as I was driving...couldn't believe I had it in my hand....I payed almost double for it though...but didn't care

Not like an A4000 KB??? i own an A3000 and A4000 and the only difference between the keyboards is the connectors.  by the way if you ever sell this ... I would pay nicely for it:)

It looks nothing at all like an A4000 keyboard.  It does look exactly like an A3000 keyboard except for the colors and the logo.

@ami_junki

This was an official one.........but I dont think it was ever released.  Someone else on this site now owns it :-)  I sold it off :-)

I dont think it was made by Commodore however, and thats why it wasn't released, but I am specualting here.......

Is that a real CD32 keyboard or one you made?  I never thought they released an official one.

How did you get my Keyboard?
You must have done some high convincing to get it off the person I sold it to hehe.

I'm the same guy you sold it to, and no amount of high convincing could persuade me till sell it!  :lol:

This reminds me I'm the current custodian of this rare keyboard!  :-D

Also on the back there is a distinctive CD32 bar-code and serial number, I will upload a photo when I find some time! :-)

@odin

That is NOT a CDTV keyboard.....CDTV keyboards are BLACK.  As you can see this is a grey A4000 keyboard made specifically for the CD32. Funny enough I do have an original High DPI printable output of the CD32 logo that came on one of the Amiga FORMAT or CU Amiga CD's :-)

I no longer own this keyboard.

How did you get the CD32 logo on the CDTV keyboard? Looks very neatly done.

@CaptChaos

On the front is a Fan that was placed in a hole cut out for it, and the left is the TVI Modem/IR controller........this allows one to use the CD Player on the CD32 like a regular CD player with remote.  This is excellent for SCALA MM300 also.as it lets you select pages and change pages by Remote control. It also works on AmigaAMP and HippoPlayer.......but more than that is a Modem that attaches to the CD32 keyboard port...................it was created by a bank for customers to do Online banking on the CD32 machines........the remote was added so that bank employees can listen to music while at work :-)

Now on the back is attached the SX32 Pro accelerator board which adds all Amiga ports on the back and a 68030 processor and 128mb RAM and IDE interface. It is like the SX-1 but it fits completely inside the CD32 unlike the SX-1.
