Description: My A1200. still in "development" stage: Rev 2B motherboard Blizzard1260 50mhz 060 16mb Fast ram DCE external scandoubler/flickerfixer IDEFix Express buffered ide interface 100G 2.5"/4200rpm/8mb Toshiba laptop hard drive Delfina Flipper 16bit DSP soundboard MAS-Player Pro PCMCIA wireless nic Cocolino PS2 mouse interface+wireless mouse AT 200W PSU DVD drive 1 joystick, 2 joypads Kawai serial port MIDI interface DSS+ GVP 8bit sampler Collected parts and software (not on the picture) for that setup last 2 years, but was too busy to start building it. So finaly i got some time to spare and it's starting to get somewhere. I have had a A500 (1996), vanilla A1200 + 120mb hdd(1997-1998) and later got A1200 with blizzard1230+16mb fast with 800mb hdd + pyramid 8bit sampler (1999-2001). As i mentioned before, last years after selling my 030 A1200 have been really busy and now i got this one. Wanted to keep it inside the stock desktop case, thatswhy i decided not to go the PCI and tower route. In the honor of the previous A1200's i had:D Many parts come from AmigaKit.com and i'd like to use the chance to thank Amigakit for helping to keep the amiga scene up and kickin. rkauer Posts:3263 | February 03, 2009, 03:34:08 AM Quote My Delfina has strange static background noise... Try to replace the electrolytical capacitors inside the Amiga, specially the ones on the +/- 12V rails. |
HardStep Posts:151 ![]() | September 27, 2006, 08:21:02 PM My Delfina has strange static background noise, it's even possible to see it using realtime sound fx softs scopes, the needles shiver a bit above zero. Can't give you a specific answer, why both decoders, but it's like "Amiga can do it" kind of thing:) |
