weirdami Posts:3776 | July 27, 2008, 02:39:39 AM Towers were invented to get the computer off your desk. They are supposed to go on the floor, under the desk. But, when people (jerk faces) started putting towers on their desktops, manufacturers had to make them small if they wanted to sell them because towers are the new default form factor. Seen a new, non-tower (non laptop!) computer these days? Nope. |

Amigaz Posts:1959 | September 27, 2006, 10:04:18 AM Time to hunt down an A1200 Micronik tower (not the Infinitiv), they are so easy to work and there's lots of space. The big tower models are much better when using lots of SCSI drives and long cables, my Mirage 4000 pro there was just a nest of cables inside because it's almost a mini tower :-( |
