It's from "Confidence and Paranoia", can't believe it's over 20 years old now!

LISTER: I've done it.
HOLLY: Done what?
LISTER: Erased Agatha Christie.
HOLLY: Who's she, then?
LISTER: Holly, you just asked me to erase all Agatha Christie novels from your memory.
HOLLY: Why should I do that?  I've never heard of her.
LISTER: You've never heard of her because I've just erased her from your smegging memory.
HOLLY: What'd you do that for?
LISTER: You asked me to!
HOLLY: When?
LISTER: Just now!
HOLLY: I don't remember this.
LISTER: Oh, I'm going to bed.  This is gonna go on all night.

Holly's IQ has a 6 in it, but it's not 6000!

It's been a long time, so I don't remember what season/episode, but there was a console with probably A500's all around it and there was a rubber fake-button thing glued over the Amiga logo.  I believe it was "Holoship".

Is the T-shirt 3 million years old too?

It must have been in cryo-stasis with him. Otherwise, that stain would have mutated into a sentient lifeform. Probably, with cool spikes and a mustach.
