Description: I got a Presenter 1 for Christmas (opened it early :elvis: ) The VGA from my Voodoo loops back inside the case and goes to the PC Input of the device. The Amiga's RGB output loops back inside as well and connects to the scart input. The clever bit is that I've connected the reset switch on the front of my D-Box tower to the input toggle button on the Presenter, so I can switch between the Voodoo and Amiga video by pressing the reset button. The tape is what gives it character and makes this hack "amiga". :roflmao: |
rkauer Posts:3263 | December 19, 2007, 02:19:30 AM Man, that must be the worst hack I ever see in my life! A tip: turn the video thing to align the thing's case to the mounting bracket of the tower and use a small screw to fix it. Simple and clean. |
odin Posts:6796 | August 19, 2007, 04:45:11 PM :roflmao: That looks exactly like something I would be able to do, except that I'd use far more superior duct-tape ;-). |

Brian Posts:1604 | September 19, 2006, 10:02:26 PM There's so many things wrong with this picture I hardly know where to start. The hole where the cable goes in is bent, might be able to undo that... but still... DAMN! Sticky messy tape that leaves marks and left over glue when removed... hmm... ever heard of plasticties? Also as it's inside the computer it would probably be possible to remove the casing for a cleaner look. Ok so you loop the cable from the voodoo into the computer fine, I would have used a port... but don't hardplug the monitor in the computer... add a bracket and get hold of a short F->M VGA cable and have the output as a port. |
Methuselas Posts:2205 | May 16, 2006, 02:53:31 AM It will get a bit messy inside, if you were to add more cards. -M I'm jealous, though. I want an actual amiga again. |
