Hi

If its a TV and can sync to 15hz which most TVs can then one of these

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/COMMODORE-AMIGA-A500-RGB-SCART-TV-CABLE-2-METRE-LEAD/390349278880?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

If its a LCD Monitor with VGA socket which cant sync to 15hz then your need a scan double of some sort or if you have money to blow a VAMPIRE card with HDMI out.

Someone mentioned using a cable like Goldfish showed and then using a SCART to HDMI convertor for us in North America where SCART is rare. Apparently it worked quite well, I just don't remember if it was on this forum or another.

If your TV has an HD15 "VGA" style input connector and you want an internal solution, look for an Indivision ECS (although I think they're out of stock most places right now). I have three of them and love them.

Alternatively there's all kinds of cheap external scan doublers, lots of "Chinese knock-off" GBS-8220 style units on ebay, etc. Or daisy-chain a few cables like 23-pin to SCART and SCART to HDMI, have heard this set up works, but living in the USA like you I've never seen a SCART cable in my life.
