In fact, you
don't want people to buy a PPC mobo as an ersatz Mac - Apple only tolerate MOL for now because it runs almost exclusively on Macs anyway. They make their money from the hardware - hence the abrupt termination of the Mac clone experiment some years back. They really wouldn't look kindly on someone trying to horn into the market unofficially.
