I want to apologize for my loud and public exit from Amiga.org. I am not a drama queen and frankly I would probably roll my eyes if someone else did it, so I am not to be above criticism myself.

I cannot get into the details to why I did what I did, so I present to you a multiple choice. Please pick the answer that best fits.

A) Brother's wedding
B) Backhoe accident
C) Artica problems
D) It only affects pirates, but it really didn't happen
E) The tee-shirt and coupon is in the mail, stop calling me!
F) A drunk employee really did it **

Ok, ok enough of my poor attempt at humor, but seriously as many know I am very open about most issues, but I really can't elaborate on why I acted so out of character. It has nothing to do with Amiga.org, the staff or users. Amiga.org is quite frankly my favorite website on the internet. I say this with no disrespect to ANN, Moob or even AW.NET but IMHO AO is the center of the Amiga universe.

I resolve to never make such an announcement again and do everything in my power to assist the AO staff and members. You can pry AO out of my cold dead hands

So let's recap. A) I acted like a jackass. B) I apologize C) I deny everything D) I am here to stay.

Things happen that make us react suddenly and make decisions that we have to reverse later.

But it is these type of circumstances that make us wake up and look at the world differently.

I can understand that you would like to keep the reasons under cover and maybe we do not need to know. Maybe all will be told. Who knows?

The occurence af a few things in succession did lead to speculation and rumours though, as you are probably fully aware. Some of these may have been way out but some maybe true. Whatever the situation is now, it has got to  be positive.

It is not easy to eat your own words so things must have  improved (hopefully) to a great extent that you feel that you can put it all behind you and continue.

Well to be truthful,  I never thought it would be easy for you to leave after being such a regular. If AO exists it is only natural that Redrumloa is part of it.

So welcome back Jim. Sit back and make yourself comfortable. Your're here for the long haul ;-)

Oh BTW, about the apology.......think we'll let you get away with it, just this once :-P
