Id have to say it between these:

Battlesquadron (Class top down shoot-em-up)
Silkworm
MegaLoMania
Alienbreed2
Zool2
Superfrog

Demo wise is would definately have to be
 "Jesus On E's"
    by watchman
(2disks only-any amiga!)
