It's the annoying tunes game!
« on: May 27, 2004, 02:57:45 PM »
From the makers of 'No Pants Island' and 'Fart Date' we bring you 'The Annoying tunes game!'

For the last week I've been walking around humming the music from the New Zealand Story, and it's driving me nuts - I can't get it out of my head!

So I'm now open to suggestions for other annoying tunes that could replace the extra-chirpy NZ Story theme ... preferably from a game, and preferably no Wigfield of Kylie Minogue

Play Bubble Bobble for a few hours and see what happens.

Either that or you could get hold of The Battle of Britain on the PC and get driven insane by that.  Oh, and the game is utter pants too.

Do you mean annoying as in REALLY awful and annoying, or annoying as in brilliant but goes round in your head for weeks? Presuming you mean the latter...

Most of the tunes in Turrican 2!

and preferably no Wigfield

Thanks for putting 'Saturday Night' in my head! :-x :-)

There is also an annoying cheap and cheerful tune used in a crack intro, I think it might be for Turrican 3.

Steve.

Any chance of getting mp3's out of those Sonic and Mario CD's?  :-)

I really would like to listen to them, i was a big Mario fan back in the late 80's. And loved Sonic too.

I'm curious what traxx they did out of those games.  ;-)

Now just that yo mentioned it, i remembered a Super Mario Bros. serie where they did a (c)rap tune out of the orginial Super Mario Bros. NES version.  :-D

There were 2 actors who acted as Mario and Luigi for a short time in the beginning of the show, then the comic started up etc. Hehe.   :-)

Was very interesting though.  ;-)

I remember that!  There were also Zelda cartoons (of which I have every one on Video CD hehe)  and Captain N cartoons with Mother Brain, Simon Belmont, Mega Man, etc..

The guy who played Mario was Captain Lou Albano.  If I remember right he was a WWF wrestler in the 1980s.

Aaaah childhood memories!

Hi everyone,
My dad used to play 'The Patrizier' for a while the music was nice. He loved it and played some more, more and more...... Overtime, for 3 years it starts to hit me like an anvil... and gives me a headache listening to it. Good thing one can disable it.

Arrrgh! I hate 'The Cetchup Song'!:pissed:

What about that Techno version of the Tetris theme?

I wasn't really thinking any particular style, just stuff that sticks in your head.  My better half can't stand the sound of Sonic games now, due to the sprog being a big Sonic fan!
