'Find' in AmigaOS3.9
« on: November 30, 2002, 12:00:40 AM »
I just noticed another problem with my Amiga (check my posts about mroocheck-driver) - I have OS3.9 and it's Find-feature is nice.

However, if I try to find something by choosing 'find' from menu/popup while in root of any HD, it states that "Not enough memory to run find". I have over 2 megs free chip and nearly 134 megs free fast mem so this is little strange.

If I use find in any subfolders it works fine.

i personally dont use that feature in os3.9,

rather i use  other third party software.

but it sounds like you need to increase the stack space...

just a guess... :-D
