Thanks for the effort, I will buy one. But I will open it and route the directional UP with a switch to optionally use a button for UP (jump) for some platformers that I prefer to jump with a button.

This should be a switched option. Button B or jump. Hopefully it will not be much work to do DIY style.

Yes, and the third one should be switchable from button 3 to UP
