While it might not have anything to do with Amiga per see, I dont see the issue of trying to gather others with similar intrests into the same community.
If someone is looking for "game community" recruits with Amiga as a hobby, poking Amiga forums seems like the obvious move.

Yes, of course, but you posted in "General chat about Amiga topics", choosing "Other operating systems" would have been better.
