The Vampire team will launch the ´V4 standalone´ at the event - and sell some bundles, too. 8)

It looks like you are planning to start selling the V4 at the show.

Yes of course.
The plan is to launch the V4-SA there.

As disclosed some weeks ago, first batch will be sold at Amiga34 directly to people attending the event. Next batches will be sold indirectly only by our resellers listed in our WiKi.

The Vampire V4 Standalone comes in standard with aluminium case, corresponding PSU and shipped with AROS kickstart.

For A34, a special bundle will be made available with free "give-aways" add-ons like compatible Mouse, compatible Keyboard, CF-Adapter a 32GB CF card and an USB Blaster. Later, resellers will have the opportunity to sell their own bundles.

Terms & conditions
      * Payment will be accepted in cash or via PayPal.
      * Limitation of one unit per person
      * Offer is available until stock remains, even regarding accessories
      * No support is offered on accessories/give-aways
      * Complete warranty terms are available on our WiKi on EXTERNAL LINK
Information regarding current state of the standalone core
      * Ethernet: work is in progress, driver is being written.
      * USB: support for some input devices like USB mice and keyboards. Support
for more is in progress. Compatibility list available on WiKi ( EXTERNAL LINK )
      * Joystick : Status support of AMIGA Joy (like Competition Pro)
      * OCS/AGA: Many games and demos work perfectly, but not 100%.
      * Boot drives: boot from IDE/CF, microSD card for data exchange. Bootable
      microSD is in roadmap.

Price of that special A34 bundle is 549€
The official announcment has been made:

I expect that Jens will claim that anyone wearing a black T-shirt at the event, is doing so to show support for Hyperion against Cloanto.

Hilarious.

@kolla

Yes, thus Amiga Future crew had to explicitely mention that their shirts are no political statement:

"The Amiga Future Team has black T-shirts. Unfortunately we were not able to produce white or colorful team shirts at short notice.
Therefore: The color black of our T-shirts has no symbolic character, even if someone from the Amiga area might like to do so.
We generally recommend having fun on the Amiga 34 and getting dressed the way it suits you."

The Vampire V4 Standalone has been sold out 1 hour after the event opened. Noticed it in the "Live From the A34"-thread on their forum:

They've also posted a few photos of their setup.  :)

They didn't really had 32 pc to sell; some beta testers wanted to pick up their V4 on the spot so those were reserved, leaving only 23 for free purchase.

Amiga 34 felt important so I wrote a report and reflected a bit about what it might all mean. It also has nice pictures. So click-click & enjoy! :)
