GFX-BASE: Interview with Nikolaj Thygesen
« on: March 21, 2002, 02:42:38 PM »
At the GFX-BASE you can read an interview with Nikolaj Thygesen. He is the author of a professional paint- an image authoring application.

He is currently working on a new beta, which is now featuring (besides an improved layer-system, lots of cool paint-effects, the usual drawing tools, etc.) splines, anti-alias font engine, an improved GUI and much more.

We were interested in this new beta, that's why we had a little chat with Nikolaj about his new beta, future plans, his new website, his opinion on recent Amiga news and more. Read it here.

*DAMS* for got to go visit his site :(

Owell, ill do that now, but from what this sounds like (ive never heard of it) it sounds pretty good. I hope this could turn into some serious commercial development. This is freeware right, well maybe Amiga Inc could employe him to work on it for AmigaOS??

But then Amiga Inc would want it for themselfs maybe... O well, he could sell it!!

AmigaOs is going to need these things, and these things are goign to be have to be coded by Amiga Inc. That is, because all apps will have the same auditing avaliable so they have the same gareentee and they also get that consistant look and feel!!!

Although, it really depend on how big this grows. Amiga Inc need to makethemself selfs some simple apps. Like Paint and notepad on Windows!
