Ive got the hardware but how do I get hold of the software update if I'm not registered and have no documentation????Anyway how do I find out the versions that I've got as I have 2 of these interfaces.I vaguely remember buying an upgrade chip for one of them but from what to what version I cannot for the life of me remember!!!

I know what you mean.  I registered my Power Flyer Gold years ago and never got a single email for obtaining the updates despite the fact that I registered it.  The last thing I want to do is remove it from the A1200 in order to check the serial number (which some bright spark decided to place in a position which puts it face down against the A1200 mobo) as I'll need to remove my scan doubler and the Flyer and then risk damaging my motherboard by reattaching it while the A1200 mobo is suspended in the tower (which results in some nasty flexing).

I don't suppose Elbox have some sort of utility which reads an unique ID from the Flyer hardware which I can use instead?

email Elbox with your chip numbers and serial numbers (normally on the board on a sticker). If you don't have all the info. to give them, tell them what you can.
My Mediators number was a bit iffy due to a couple of missing/faded digits but Elbox sent me the drivers without any fuss anyway.
