jmbattle Posts:324 | December 30, 2007, 07:11:22 AM Lovely picture. Is it me, or are there dirty finger marks on the bottom of the monitor? Cheers, James x |
Guest | December 03, 2007, 12:18:57 PM @freqmax I use Cinema 4d ( not the Amiga version ) PC. |
freqmax Posts:2179 | December 03, 2007, 07:54:38 AM Never seen such clean Amiga, no yellow "sun tan" either .. What software did you use to make the picture ..? |
costabunny Posts:65 | January 02, 2007, 05:25:44 AM Fantastic work !!! 5stars graphics were the reason I bought my first amiga all those years ago (ahh Photon Paint II - how I miss you...) |
pierre Posts:375 | August 15, 2006, 07:32:31 PM what you did not render on amiga? OMG |

Guest | March 08, 2006, 09:58:04 PM Well ,, all my manuals are in perfect condition  |
InTheSand Posts:1766 | March 08, 2006, 09:22:20 PM Fantastic image! All I'd say is that those manuals are in waaaaay too good condition and need some creases in the covers! :-D - Ali |
Guest | December 14, 2005, 10:01:33 PM BYTHEWAY; If anyone is interested. All the objects from this scene can be downloaded from my webpage in downloads section. The power is not yet in downloads section. Also a 1 to 1 scale A1000 is free for download. There is one mistake in the models but i wont tell it  The models are in PC Cinema 4d 8 format, i think will also work for MAC users. |

Magic-Merl Posts:229 | August 24, 2005, 06:35:36 PM To me this still looks far more appealing than a PC. A seentimental thought I am sure but I'm sure most of you will agree. |
leirbag28 Posts:1793 | May 25, 2005, 11:22:47 PM WHy are people complaining about "PHILIPS" being written on the monitor? PHILIPS made the RBG monitors for Commodore anyway..................and they also make the Best Monitors...........and the Only TV's I know which are usually compatibale with Amigas in PAL and NTSC mode. if Your in USA.get a PHILIPS TV! it displays PAL in full screen and squishes it to fit the NTSC screen...............Neat! |
Guest | September 28, 2004, 08:40:15 AM The texture is made as is like scanline then there are some surface luminance, high specularity and reflection. |
odin Posts:6796 | September 28, 2004, 12:11:30 AM You even got the 'monitor-refresh-visible-when-taking-a-picture' artefact right! :-o. |
Guest | August 19, 2004, 01:32:32 PM @X-ray. The workbench picture is a gif image but the reflection and all are rendered. Here are some close renderings: 1. 2. 3. |
X-ray Posts:4370 | August 18, 2004, 10:00:21 PM That raytrace is really good, man, especially the monitor screen. Is the monitor image rendered or mapped from photo? Good work. Realistic. |
Guest | August 06, 2004, 01:51:45 PM @NJ_72 hehh,, thats what i love/try on 3d renderings. Still alot of work to do to get a realistic rendering. Now i have the Cinema 4d 4 for Amiga and ill try to do some work on that also... but the feeling is like using a P4 PC and going back to a 286 PC Apache2k |

Guest | February 26, 2004, 03:18:45 PM I just rendered an 1280 x 1024 pixel size image of this if someone is interested as for a background picture. No need to pay Apache2k |
Mucker Posts:137 | February 25, 2004, 08:42:06 PM Thats really the muts nuts mate, fantastic work |
Guest | February 24, 2004, 01:01:39 AM The keys are all single models, but the material is one common alpha map with scanned keyboard picture ( only the symbols/letters/numbers) the base color is on the model. A2k |
adolescent Posts:3056 | February 23, 2004, 11:51:02 PM Amazing work. How long did it take to put the letters on each keycap? |
Guest | February 23, 2004, 01:33:30 PM I think my webpage doesnt allow to link an image. However you can go to my webpage and if you wait for 10 sec. you can find the link on my page where you can see the news. Apache2k |
