Is there any way to get native video modes (OCS,ECS,AGA) on a smart tv via rgb-scart or any other way. I have a rgb lead but just get a white screen but it works when plugged into crt. would just like to have one tv for both ppc and original video modes

Works here on both my LCD TVs with an RGB SCART lead.  Make sure the port you're plugging it into supports RGB, some TVs have two ports and usually only one does RGB.

edit On a related note, one of my TVs de-interlaces the Amiga's video signal, so you get a nice stable picture in Hi-res Laced. (even super hi-res laced works quite nicely stetched to 16:9!)
