Problem now, even after enabling the auxiliary cf slot, I get no access to it. Shows as Ndos icon on desktop.
Is this because the card is a boot cf from another amiga?

Fast File System versions needs to be same. You can't use KS3.1 formated CF card with KS1.3 rom system. Or actually you can, but it requires use of better partition setup utility and Fast File System from 3.1 floppy and copy it to partition setup utility L drawer.
