MorphOS Misc Questions

Since im a new user of MorphOS i have som questions:

1. After i installed Ultimate Pack some menues are in french. I installed the English version but still some french is in there. How to change to all english?

2. How do i setup filesharing with windows, linux and OSX?

3. Im trying to run OS4 software but it tells me i need an OS4 Emulator, where can i get one?

4. Where is the best place to find software for MorphOS?

Tnx for any help...Im a long time Amiga user but like a signature here said: MorphOS is Amiga done right
