Title: Xtreme Racing won't go :(

I recently downloaded XTR from Back2theRoots, and installed it with the data expansion on my HD.  However, when I try to run it it loads up the title screen and promptly crashes.  I've tried booting with no startup-sequence but this gives the same result.

I've been messing around with JST and TUDE but so far no success.  Does anyone have any advice?  I've heard great things about this game and I'm really hanging out to play it.

My system:

  A1200 with DKB Mongoose (68030 + 68882 + 32M)
  4xEIDE interface
  OS3.5 and DirOpus 5.8
