I have a hard time taking this redditor seriously given that in a previous comment on the site he asks about having anal sex with a dental training robot. This could all just be a troll. It's just as likely that the guy never ordered a product as it is that CUSA hardcore dropped the ball.

Y'know, I despise CUSA as much as anybody, but this witch-hunt attitude is a little unnerving.

Feel free to insult me, call me names and generally be mean and nasty for no reason.

I am stupidly posting onto this message board (on a site I visit everyday for over a decade but don't post due to the poor attitude)

I received a message on reddit. Gentleman has his computer.

Merry Christmas

Thank you for letting us all know. Although many of us deeply mistrust the current owners of the Commodore name, it's good to hear both sides of the story, the bad and the good. Pleased for the original poster. :) (merry xmas!)

Thanks I was really thinking of not posting due to the excessive amount of insults/flaming I received for no reason last time I posted. It seems that passing along some information makes you an employee for C=USA even if you run a party store in Canada.

I personally have not purchased or done any business with C=USA so I have no opinion on the matter. But what is clear is that they didn't get him the computer right away but he did receive it in the end. (These are facts, do not flame)

Thanks for the holiday wishes as well.

I will go back into lurk mode.

In the meantime Keep the party going.

Glad to hear he got it sorted... :-)

I bet the CUSA haters aren't so happy though...

I think that most of the haters would love to be proved wrong actually. But then they're not really haters, they're just people who distrust C=USA.

Not all, of course. Some people just love to hate. As far as I can see though, C=USA are the owners of the Commodore name whether we like it or not, so if they turn out to be the real deal and able to deliver more than just promises and a fancy case for a PC, then I for one will be very happy.

C=USA are the owners of the Commodore name

Are you sure it wasn't more a case of them working -towards- that end when this happened?

I know it's off topic a little but I don't fully understand all this legal stuff lol. How does all this effect their buisness as it stands. Is there a possibility that the license will just disolve?

As for what spirantho said...

I don't hate CUSA so much as don't trust them. If they can 100% show that they are willing to play ball with the communities and help bring the brands back out of the shattered slums they are in then I am more than willing to change my views. Yet we have seen in the past, including recent past, that tey are still a little too immature to do anything.
