I've gone through my A500 phase and have settled on the A1200 footprint now. And, it makes the most sense to stick with a PAL version. I am thinking my NTSC model will not fetch as much.
I've gone thru my A1200 phase extensively, and have had a few A500's sitting around for years. Now I'm going in that direction.
I had a 37" Sharp LCD HDTV from 2005. I was surprised to learn that it synched down to 15Khz also and even did a fantastic job with interlaced screens. The only problem is it did not like PAL and I have a lot of PAL software.
Well, it's all good fun, yes? Plus, this gal inspires me!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rNg4H-AAHuEI'm not so much a hardware junky, although I have my share of the good stuff, I'm more of a software junky! I have scads of DOS & Amiga software (games and productivity). I gotta get some pills!
Anyhoo, keep me in mind...
BTW, I just bought a MAC Performa 450, maxed out, in mint condish... Don't know why other than i got it on the real cheap. All original boxed with all the original software, books and all that came with it new for $200.00 + free shipping! Still waiting on delivery. Should be fun!
