AAA is the chipset, The Amiga Nyx is the prototype that carried the AAA chipset.
Also I would like an Amiga Nyx please lol. :)

I would like a flux capacitor, the omega13 particle, and a Tardis please.
BTW... Nyx is a cool name for a computer prototype..

I think David Haynie has an Amiga 3000+ which had the new prototype chipset, I'm sure he mentions this in one of his video's. It would be interesting to know if there are any working examples out there.

The 3000+ had the AGA chipset.

WHAT !!! you mean to say my nuclear powered A1200 AAA with subatomic particle accelerator board has just been in my own imagination... :)

Thats weird... it's just vanished in a cloud of purple smoke... :(

Fixed that for you.

He sold it to Ryan Czerwinski of Merlancia infamy a few years back.

Tbh Xenobiotical the above being the case I'd simply write off ever getting it.

As for the CD1200... I think you'd have more luck getting a flux capacitor.
