Installing gcc on the Amiga has never seemed easy to me. I once found a HDF image with GCC installed and used it for a while. When I looked recently at trying again I couldn't find the files anywhere and all the articles describing how to do it were pointing to broken links.
Can someone who knows post a how-to and, if possible, the files required to get it going? This would include all the dependencies and things like required assigns for geek gadgets (I think they're required). I am hoping for the ability to compile native Amiga apps, not just hello world.
Finally, I do own the Amiga Developer's SDK and OS 3.9 legally so if you must point to files on those CDs, that is also fine.
