Let's be honest here, I doubt there isn't many Miggy owning people past and present in the world who didn't pirate Miggy software at some stage or another. Yes, I've done it in the past so I'm no better than you Mikenuk but there's nothing *to* pirate these days for the Miggy and no wonder.

This is just as ridiculous!
I like the way he tries to justify this with this disclaimer...  "These disks are being sold as formatted to prevent copyright issues however I will provide a list of what is on the label."

Maybe we could do a sticky thread (or something) where people post these bad people and we can have 100's of AOers report each one as they come up and make ebay notice.

Dear friends:

Those games are not available for sale anymore..I think they all became part of the public domain, so it doesnt hurt anyone anymore to give away copid games for amiga.
Also...at back to the roots...they have all these games for free...and is legal to download. So if you download these games from their site..it does not hurt anyone to get a copy somewhere else.
Me..I don't want pirate copies..I'm happy shelling out cash to get the original games I really like for amiga. But since commmodore days are over..i think is ok for other ppl to get the free download from back to the roots or someone else.

ship ahoy mateys!!!

As you said, they're FREE. The pirates on eBay selling them they don't give them away. That's the different shipmate!
