Title: free Sony 1302 13" multisync Amiga monitor - you pay shipping
Post by: amigau on May 31, 2008, 08:27:28 PM
I have a Sony 1302 13" multisync monitor that's been sitting around for some time and I really don't need it.  Nor do I want to bother with eBay or similar - anyone interested?

You pay actual shipping/handling (from Seattle WA to wherever you are), and it's yours, and i'll pack it up well, I promise.  Prefer ***US only*** given the likely shipping cost -

more info on the monitor specs here -

(you can download a user guide PDF from here)

it's a great Amiga monitor (if a bit small) because it can sync down to any Amiga modes besides the usual default 60hz PC stuff...So you don't need a scandoubler with this monitor.  Unlike the default Commodore monitors, it doesn't have sound though.

Let me know if interested, and note it DOES have the special Sony-specific VGA cable with it, you'll need a standard PC-style power cable for it...depending on the Amiga you have, you may need one of those Commodore silver video/vga adapters, too?

thanks!

I used to have this monitor and it had a great deep black screen. Good dot pitch. got Rid of it only because I got a Great Deal on an Iyamma (I think that's the name)17" from Hal GreenLee of Hard Drivers Co. Until that point, the sony was my main display. For the cost of shipping you can't go wrong.
