LightWave - 3D modeling, if you can find it.
Scala MM(200-400) - Presentation software, beats the crap out of powerpoint :D
Deluxe paint (I, II, III) - a wery powerfull graphical software... For its time.
Turbocalc - spreadsheet

Browse the aminet database to find other interesting software....
