Tower 57 is released for Amiga
« on: March 13, 2018, 10:56:38 AM »
From message I got :

Quote

Unfortunately we didn't have a specific Amiga reward tier, therefore I don't have a list of backers who backed specifically for the Amiga version.

So if you would like to play Tower 57 on your Amiga rig, please don't hesitate to contact me either through Kickstarter or directly at benitosub at hotmail.com and I will provide you with a download key!

For those who didn't badge to it, there is a option to buy here :

https://benitosub.itch.io/tower-57

Requirements are :

AOS4: AmigaOS 4.1 FE Upd1, >= 600 MHz, Gfx-card with Compositing support

MorphOS: MorphOS >= 3.9, >= 600 MHz, Gfx-card with TinyGL support

AROS: x86 (e.g. Icaros Desktop >= 2.2), Gfx-card with Mesa3D support

The only person involved in getting this on Amiga was Daniel Mußenner.
Unfortunately he will not get anything like the amount of money from this that his efforts warrant.
He does not get ANY of the money spent at the link to buy the Amiga version...

For this reason if you play or buy the Amiga version, then a PayPal donation to GoldenCode.eu would be a great thing to do.

I downloaded it last night and took it for a short spin. It plays really well in my X5000/OS4.1 FE. I hope to see more games like this ported to AmigaOS/MorphOS
Amiga 1200 fully loaded by Aclii.
AmigaONE X5000 with OS4.1 FE
FPGA Arcade board in miniITX case with AmigaOS3.9 and WB 3.1.
MorphOS 3.9 in Mac Mini G4 1.5GHz, PowerBook & Power Mac G5
Acer Aspire One with AROS Icaros Desktop 2.1.1 &
MiST FPGA Minimig Amiga AGA Workbench 3.9 PFS3 configuration.

Plays VERY well here on my X5000 too! The controls are a bit complicated with a mouse and keyboard. I need to find a good gamepad for my x5000 now.

My Logitech wireless gamepad F710 model works great under OS4.1FE Update 1
