Nothing for me, I build HTPC's for my TV's and I will continue to do so, my wife loves it, she rarely watch any TV channels nowdays just streem what she want's to see and download the rest.
I dont need to link every thing with everything, as long as I get my pick of OS and the devices can access my file server im a happy camper.
Been using an AMD fusion board for quite some time now as a HTPC and it does a great job for it's low price tag of 80$, when upgrading ill just have to switch out the motherboard, so cost for upgrades when something better comes along aint that bad since the SSD, RAM, Case, PSU etc will work on the next one also untill something breaks or DDR3 gets phased out.
