Hi... what happens if you install it on an supported mac, than install the HD in an unsupported mac? I mean we got leopard running on g3's.... well one hurdle would be the binding of MOS to the HW....

Ok now the serious part. An Apple notebook is a fragile HW... especially it could just run hot(Ibooks are known for there Logicboard failures). When Team MorphOS says "ok MorphOS is ready for Powerbooks or whaterverbooks" than it will be save..

I don't know about ibooks, but powerbooks g4 were solid and stable, and are a good hardware even today for certain tasks. For morphos they are plentiful, and a good match of hard/soft.

In the time i was replying, there was several ones that were posted and i didn't see it :P.
Mac Mini inner parts are made with laptop technology, so it couldn't be so much different than other mac laptops. Surely the gfx part is a important part for mos(only ati), but the rest of the hardware don't varies much.
One thing i saw when partitioned my system with ubuntu, preparing the mos install, was that the installer, detected the hardware as "unknown Powerbook". That caught my attention for a while.
