They are just dumping old stock.   Take a look at this and see who is not mentioned anymore: http://www.i-contain.com/partners.php

Direct link to an archived page that shows what you're trying to indicate would help.
All I get from waybackmachine is:

Wayback Machine doesn't have that page archived.

You're looking in the wrong place.

http://icontainprotects.com/

http://www.amiga.com/

Exactly. Those are the main pages I recall seeing before.
Somewhat confusing too would be why they would list branded products from Amiga and IContain in May 19, 2011, if the license was no longer in place.
Also interesting, is the comparison of the May vs current shop pages.

Shop page archive: http://web.archive.org/web/20110521191801/http://www.amiga.com/shop/
Current:
http://amiga.com/shop/

There are some changes, like the Christmas sale.
So, if Dammy is correct, then Amiga Inc. is selling out old stock, whereas Amiga Inc. tried to make it sound like some new viable partner was getting involved with them.
Hmm...announcing a new joint effort followed immediately by a clearance sale. Sounds about right. Heh.

My guess that is McBill took stock instead of cash for the license agreement.  I would wager that as soon as iContain moves the last of their "Amiga" label hardware, the icontainprotects will be turned off.  If they are having to go to alibaba, they just want a percentage of their money back during Xmas sales period.

I see you didn't post in this thread, so perhaps you missed it? Very recent, September, 2011 they opened up their own storepage.

Are these links active anymore? They seem dead on my end.

No, I didn't see it.  I was told earlier this year that the Amiga license was withdrawn from iContain.  What iContain had produced up to that point in time (or afterwards, they probably can get away with it for now) probably would be protected under the original license agreement.  BTW, icontainstore.com seems to be down so it might have been a quick throw away site to dump stock which maybe why stock is now on alibaba.

ok and just FYI,
I'm sure you can get the idea from that thread. These items were priced out as opposed the other "inquiry" page mentioned.

From the chaotic manner this is all happening, I wouldn't be surprised that attorneys are involved to some extent.   We know what happens if McBill touches something...

I found the store in September, but honestly had not checked the links since. So, if it HAS been taken down, that would place the time somewhere after September 22.

I'm an idiot on law, but if the IContain store was not moved, but taken down, what makes it different from a legal perspective to be able to offer the stock on Alibaba?

Let me correct you, I'm also fairly pro Genesi USA, and I do give recommendations to people for them to check out icarosdesktop.org as well.  Glad I could be of help.

IContain store is up again.

Hey, these prices are pretty reasonable.  No point waiting for overpriced Amiga-branded crap when there's cheap Amiga-branded crap ready to ship!

Bonus, no annoying "WE'RE KEEPING THE BRAND ALIVE!" rhetoric stigma attached.  I was about to order 5 workstations from Dell, maybe I'll go with these guys instead.

I haven't bothered to compare with any identical listings on Alibaba, but here's the link if you wish to:
