Make A Wish Day - Amiga Story
« on: April 29, 2020, 06:03:36 PM »
Today is world make a wish day, an annual day of recognition and celebration of the wish granted to usally disadvantage / ill kids.

Some may be aware of a Amiga story that was told...
Colin Proudfoot, who was a manger at Commodore Uk, during the Amiga 30th event tells the touching story of a terminally ill kid who dreamed of owning the new Amiga. Commodore & Make A Wish made it happen!

As someone who has most of there life dreamed about owning the next new Amiga, (kind of achived the dream twice with getting a power tower Amiga and much later the AmigaOne X1000) I think I would of made the same wish when I was a kid.

Its important that a foundation like this get money specially in these times,I hope to raise as much as the Amiga A1200 cost back in 1993 and i hope other Amiga users can help out.
