That's one of the better case mods that I've seen.

awww...

One must have steady hands in making such a box.

I've planned of making a boing ball "window" on the side of my Amiga tower, but it's very difficult to do.

Dremels are the greatest gift the tool gods gave to man!  I am
modding a case with a boing ball and the older caplital "A".  Took
about 2.5 hours.

Tip for anyone using a Dremel and cut off discs, spend the extra money
and get the real Dremel cut off discs.  I bought some cheaper brand
and they ended up wearing down in no time.

I immediately thought of a boing ball stencil also, but I'm afraid to make holes in the case and let out all that RFI. Most computer cases are really quite good at shielding, but holes in the case or unsealed seams, etc, all increase the leakage level. If you are trying to listen to weak radio signals as well, you don't want holes in the case of the computer. And when you have eight computers in the house, all running at once, HF and VHF noise are a real problem.

That case looks pretty gross. Its just a normal bagie case witha big whole in it. If you ask me, fill that whole with some bubbled glass it would look supurb! :)
