Your new Amiga purchases.
« on: December 10, 2007, 07:15:59 PM »
A topic that worked quite well on other forums I know of and hopefully will get good reception here. Sorry if this has been done before and sorry if this isn't in the correct area but feel free to do what you like with this Mod's. I think this would be a great place to show-off your stuff from maybe eBay, private, car boot sale, convention or whatever really.
Plus a good area for advice, views and opinions.

As I started I may as-well fire ahead...

I got this just now ready for my A4000 which I hope to receive sometime soon.

G-Rex

Now I'm getting a TV card and Realtek 8029 card for it on eBay.

I will also have a Kickflash soon and hopefully somewhere in January I'll have a RGB to S-Video converter to connect my AGA screens to the TV card.

The latest thing I bought was an M-Tec 030 accelerator for my A600.

@Flashlab

Unless you already bought a networking card for the G-Rex, then send me a PM, as I have one laying around you can have for cheap money.

@tokyoracer

I'll list what I've bought this year, that's recent in Amiga terms anyway.

A1 G4 1Ghz module (repair).

Spare A1 G4 800Mhz.

Hollywood + Designer.

Art Efect4 + Plugin CD.

Cubic IDE.

Last Issue of TAM + 1st 3 English issues of Amiga Future.

OS4 for Classic, though I sold the Blizzard last year (£120 for an 040 + 210Mhz PPC).

Remote Desktop registration.

A few donations here and there, Sputnik bounty being one of them.

I also got given best part of a friend's Amiga collection.

My next Purchase will most likely be 24" screen so I can get down to some serious work with the software I bought.

If some $$ comes in, I'd love to get OS3.9 for my A4000 a CD/RW, a toaster flyer, and I have to get ImageFX4.5 because I lost my copy recently.  :bigcry:
Amiga 3000D UP and running! Hear that clicking. 8)
Amiga 3000D & 4000D in storage sadly.

Sort of bringing an old topic back to life here...

I thought this package was quite good even if it doesn't have a picture, the guy's FB is good enough though.
A suposibly mint A1200, CD drive, RAM expansion and a Goliath PSU (which i've been after for ages), it all sounds good for  total of £100.

Anyone agree or disagree?
