AMIGA MAGAZINE DISKS FOR SALE (185 OF THEM)
« on: December 07, 2008, 02:52:32 PM »
amiga shopper - 31 (2)
amiga action - 24 (0)
cu amiga - 8 (0)
amiga power - 20 (0)
amiga computing - 25 (1)
amiga format - 77 (5)

The secondary # in parenthesis is the number of disks from that group that are data disks. The data disk has legitimate tools or data that was created using the original disk.

Asking $75 but make offers. Highest offer wins.
Package will weigh 9 lbs and be in a small box 12x6x4.
Buyer pays shipping.
I generally mail by USPS Priority mail.

I have personally sat down and used each and every disk and they all work. :-)
Lots of games, some 3D apps, exclusives, some AGA titles and exclusives.

 :-o

I like coverdisks, but your price is out by at least a factor of 10!

185 magazines for $75 is too much :-?  You think 175 magazines should be $7.50?

The way I read this is that there are no magazines, not even original disks

I personally feel the same as ddniUK, but that's my right and each to our own eh?

Red,

You might be a little high considering lots of that software is "last century" !?

But I paid about $60+ JUST FOR SHIPPING for a collection of about 225 coverdisks from England 4 or 5 years ago.

Many don't realize shipping for magazines can be very costly.

Transportation costs are the major expense in many things we all buy every day,and just a fact of life(economics).

I offer negative 50 dollars. If nobody offers more than me then I'm the winner and if shipping is less than $50 then I get cash back.  :-P

I think that if he sold them separately. photographed and individually numbered. A collector might pay $0.50 per disk easily.

Thing is it would probably cost $2 per disk (in terms of time taken) to separate, photo, number and advertise.

I'm not sure everyone understood the item.
These are original disks with a few data disks.

Second, you can bid what ever you want (except for negative numbers). No matter how many ads I put out that specifically say 'this amount or make best offer' people come out of the woodwork to whine about how expensive and overpriced it is. What part of 'make best offer' do you NOT understand?
Good grief.
Your all hopeless.

@ Bash64....

Catch yourself on...

If you want a price state it with a possible ONO.
If you want offers ask for them.
Dont do both.

What attracted my and others attention to your sale was the ridiculous $75 asking price, for what are very common, second hand (at best) floppy disks that were given away for FREE.

Personally I wish you well with your sale, as I know the space that worthless floppy disks take up..
