There's also a 68k build of Quake3 on eab but I suspect it will be a slideshow on anything but winuae.

Quake 3 on a sonnet is fantastic, very playable 15-20fps frame rates with bots even at 640x480. If you dial down the res and the texture quality a little it'll do 2fps which is great.

Did you leave in an old q3config.config in the baseq3 folder?

Try reducing the texture quality slider and the geometry detail, maybe the bvision is struggling with only having 8mb ram.

Try turning off wall marks - I think there's a setting in the options, or you can use the command \cg_marks 0
