Does not sound like a timing issue. Your HDTV probably cant display the low resolutions set, download and use HD720 for your TV, try SUPERPLUS laced @ 800x600 and see if that works on your monitor.
Might be as above said, faulty installation, try the modes I posted then remove and reseat your Indivision and see what happens.
Also make sure you are using a strong enough power brick for the Amiga.

Using VGA and you will have issues due to different pixelclocks and you will get vertical lines. I Use DVI and since it's digital no sampling required and no vertical lines :)

DVI doesn't work for me at the moment, that is what I said in my original post. Using DVI on the Eizo display gives me a heavily distorted image.

Yes I know, but getting a second hand DVI monitor might be worth it to get rid of vertical lines until the new firmware/ConfigTool comes for the Indy. (depends on how much they annoy you ofc)
So I would try the Amiga on another DVI monitor to be a bit more sure thats it's an issue with that monitor and DVI, ive tried mine on 7 monitors and all worked (varied results and a lot of black borders on some but worked).

I myself got tired quick of the lines so went DVI, the reason I stayed a few days on VGA was because then you can adjust the screen position to get a near perfect fit in all modes.
