NTSC<>PAL

Will a Vizawrite 128 cartridge from the UK work on a U.S., NTSC machine. With my luck it will not, but I cannot remember, or dig this info up.
A2000 GVP 40MHz \'030, 21Mb RAM SD/FF, 2 floppies, internal CD-ROM drive, micromys v3 w/laser mouse
A1000 Microbotics Starboard II w/2Mb 1080, & external floppy (AIRdrive)
C-128 w/1571, 1750, & Final Cartridge III+

No, seriously: since there's only a minute difference in clock speed from the software POV, it should most certainly run. All 64s had the same resolution, regardless of video standard. On the 128 for 80 column mode, there's no difference I'm aware of.

The only differences between a C128 in US and UK are the update speed of the rasters in the VIC 2 chip.

Nothing against posting OT items on here but if you do also might wanna give more info, like what alternative platform you are refering to!!  LOL

But I guess the "128" in your request was obvious for a Commodore 128 question.  :rtfm:
