No DVI signal on Radeon 9250 in OS3.9

I have a A4000D with af CSPPC, Mediator and a Sapphire Radeon 9250 etc.

The DVI port on the Radeon works fine in 4.1 Classic but in OS3.9 there is no signal on the DVI but only on the D-Sub port.

Is this a normal problem and is there a fix?
