nForce3/4 and AHCI SATA Bounties Now Open

Thanks to Antonis I, TeamAROS now has two new bounties to support SATA in AROS.  AHCI and nForce3/4 SATA support bounties are now open for donation.  This is another soarly lacking hardware support that AROS is in dire need of.  Please donate.

That's the initial donations.  Nearly all bounties, even the ones now in the $2K range started with a small donation.  People and Corps add more monies to shove it into the four figure range.  Which is why I announce a new bounty(s) on AE, AO, AWN and Moo to get the message out that it's open for donations.
