Title: Aros HDAudio driver testing, request for help
Post by: clusteruk on December 24, 2009, 03:05:44 PM
I now have the final version and I want to get as many people testing it as possible and list supported devices. So here is the deal, it should work on a lot of boards with HDAudio and realtek audio chips.

So I will make this offer

If you believe you have the right audio chip in your system and want Aros with sound especially those with netbooks. Send me a screen shot of your PCITools display with the audio controller displayed. I will add your Device and Product ID's to the test config file, I will then send you a test version of the driver that plays sound only for 3 seconds ie the test audio button. If it works let me know and I will send the full driver free of charge to all those who test it for me before the end of the year.

However, if you feel like donating to the development fund the £10 audio fee it will be greatly appreciated and will support other ongoing developments.
