Atari forever. it's just an amiga without the custom chips, a crappy OS and 20% (?) faster 68k. not as good as the amiga 6/500, but then the A1200 is not as good as the Atari Falcon - so there. 
Maybe not in the sound dept, but in the resolution, colour depth, and bit bandwidth for memory (Falcon 16bit STE bus, A1200 32bit Fast Ram via trapdoor) it IS superior so there
