Yes i see but i want full..not only the modules and Ebay prices are insanes

Well what you are seeking is pretty rare to find a full set and then again not on Ebay.  I have three 4000T's and not looking to give them up anytime soon!!  Ebay could be your only
choice.  I actually have a 4000T MB, but again not giving her up :).

Wish you luck.  Maybe get the modules first and and find a MB later.

Since you have a 4000Desktop...
Just place it a tower with a zorro slot expander add a scsi card almost equals a 4000T!

If it was me, and I had a 4000D, I'd just get one of these:

Unless of course you need the extra slots for TBC's or other hardware.  In which case go with the above suggestion.  ;)

actually i have empty a4000T and mediator 4000t indivision mk2cr for 4000T...
so is best search a4000T mobo and sell or trade the desktop.

Hard to say, but keep in mind they are not made any more and everyone that pops up is one in a few left. I'd bet you can get that second one for not much over asking and sell the 040 if you dont need it.
