For sale this complete kit from superMatze with :

- two PCB very high quality
- 640 pins
- one 74F257A
- one 4.7kohms array
- seven 100nF
- two 10uF
- one regulator 3.3v
- three resistors 330ohms

The purpose is to put a 060 on some boards (A3640, WarpEngine, some GVP cards...) designed for 040 only...

Or to push the 060 à 105 Mhz just like my MK2 for example : http://warpclassic68k.blogspot.fr/2014/08/mk2-68060105-mhz.html

And yes, you need to login on a1k.org...

I'm kinda interested and intrigued.

What is the performance gained by doing this on A4000 with 3640 CPU board, any Sysinfo screenshots?

Will it boot to 3.1 kickstart and 060 libs on HD?

You need an updated Kicktart ROM with Cosmos' Exec.library, then you can use the full 060 CPU. Otherwise you can only use a 060LC CPU.

I bought an 68060@50 MHz and I put the 040/060 adapter on my Commodore 3640 CPU board. I also doesn't have to chang the crystal.

My board als have the remove 2 wait-states mod.

CPU calculation is as fast as a Blizzard 1260@50 MHz, but the memory tests will be much slower on a 3640 with a 68060@50MHz config. Playing MP3 at Full quality with Amplifier will struggle more than a Blizzard 1260.

The problem is the speed of the Fast RAM memory.

To solve this problem you need the rare X-calibur card.
