I have always wanted a genuine A3000T. I will probably put a Prometheus and Deneb in it, with god only knows what else

Hmm, not booting. This has probably been in storage for many years. This unit is very clean and the battery had been removed, with no damage to the area. These was a WarpEngine installed, but I also tried a A3640 in it. I pushed on the socketted chips but no go so far. The socketed chips were all raised. I suspect it is something minor from being in storage for so long. I'll start tomorrow by completely reseating all socketted chips.

Any other suggestions before I break out the C= service manual?

Not likely. I'll jump on it tomorrow, I'm exhausted now. I've driven ~42 hours in 3 days

Not Bonzo?

If I calculate the gas from driving to the land of Cleve and back, I can figure out how much money you'll need to make from selling the goodies to break even. Then, I can announce it and have all the complainers come out of the woodworks complaining about how you don't need to charge so much because all that stuff didn't cost you anything.

Blown caps?
Corosion on contacts?

Check voltages at various areas on the motherboard and the PS.

P.S. Interestingly the Random Photo is the picture from Byte magazine on the launch of the A3000.

Congrats!!  I had a bad 3000T mobo too.  Turned out to be a leaky battery.  Did your battery leak at all?  Check the traces near the battery and in the area.

I am using your Promoethious PCI card in mine with a Voodoo 3000 card, runs great!
Going Bananas over AMIGAs since 1987...

Looking for Fusion Fourty PNG ROMs V3.4?

I've pretty much learned to shrug off price complaints, I even get them when I sell something at or below cost. The complaints are rare, luckily. This lot did serious damage to my bank account and was a near nightmare in travel for more reasons than just travel time, I fully intend to turn a healthy profit :mickeymouse:

Nope and nope, the motherboard (and computer itself) looks almost like it just rolled off the assembly line. After sleeping on it, I am starting to think jumpers may be wrong. Anyhow, I'm going to button her up for a fews days. I've got some work to do :-)
