Can't speak for Sig, but I bought mine from Softhut.com.  It was 9 bucks before shipping.

btw what are the advantages of the fat gary?

I'm not sure.  I don't think there is a fat gary for the 2000.  I assumed (going by the description of gary on the BBOAH) that it was only found in the 3000 to accommodate the 32-bit zorro iii bus.  That's just me guessing, though.

Thanks for the tip - looks like you were right, The gary upgrades are for the 3000 and 4000.
This has been a very informative thread - waiting for my ethernet board and Super Denise. I also managed to find an internal scan doubler, so hopefully I can use an lcd or SVGA monitor with the 'miggy ...I just need to find a graphics card and an accellerator and the A2000 is going back in action as my main email/word/processor/surfing machine
