Good old-style rpg for the Amiga?
« on: October 22, 2002, 02:00:40 PM »
Hi.

I'm looking for some good rpg for my Amiga that will run with my Cybervision video card (2mb video ram, S3Trio64) or with mode promotion software, because I'm using Sony S-VGA monitor with my setup.
My other computer is iMac, but it's not that easy to find anything that is worth playing for this platform
(see my post to macnn forum: http://roums.macnn.com/showthread.php?s=e5b9f4ed3e9d306cbd87d265d5803d76&threadid=128419)

regards,

Well, Legend of Faerghail works with Screen-Promotion. MAYBE also the successor Fate works, but not sure of this (Maybe Ultima 6 works ? I am not sure but it was coded in a very OS-clean way, if I remember right)

While it is not exactly old-style you might also wish to try that Ultima 7 recoding, it also works.
